הוה עובדא בפומבדיתא ואותביה אמר להו רב יוסף זו אינה צריכה לפנים ואמר ליה אביי צריכה לפנים ולפני לפנים הכא סמכא דעתיה הכא לא סמכא דעתיה

To this Rami b.
